Our Monthly or Quarterly Accounting Service includes:

  • After the fact recording of transactions you first entered in your check book or manual ledger
  • Reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts
  • Recording your after-the-fact payroll and preparing all required reporting, including scheduling the timely payment of taxes
  • Preparation of a Balance Sheet, a Statement of Profit & Loss and a statement of Cash Flow
  • We will also provide a written report highlighting significant variances from budget or prior year
  • Of course additional analytical reports are always available
Our Full Service Bookkeeping Support is designed to serve those businesses that need more than monthly after-the-fact reporting, but are not yet ready for the expense of a full time employee.  This service can include:
  • Complete day to day entry of all sales and cash receipts, including preparing the bank deposit.  Sorry, we do not take any deposits to the bank.
  • Record all purchases, accounts payable, payroll and cash disbursements.
  • Prepare all checks for your signature -We never sign your checks.   
In addition Full Service Bookkeeping includes all Monthly Accounting Services and reporting.

What we will not do:
  • We will not take your deposits to the bank
  • We will not be a signer on your checking account
  • We will never share your business information with anyone without your written approval
